Tour package price includes transport and guide as described per tour. Entrance fees and activity fees are included unless otherwise stated on the specific tour page. If a tour exceeds its designated duration, additional charges may apply as communicated at the time of booking.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Tours:
· Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour start time will receive a full refund.
· Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the tour start time will receive a 50% refund.
· Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour start time will not receive a refund.
No Show:
If you do not show up at the agreed time and place, the booking will be treated as a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund.

Delivery Times
The date and start time selected by the customer at the time of booking are the delivery date and time for the touring experience. We will confirm the exact meeting point and time in your booking confirmation.
